let's talk about meditating

Hello dear readers, how have you been today? Well, recently I got better from this virus that is prowling around the world. The good thing is that I am already well, ready to be as always uploading an entertaining post to the blog and chatting with you for a while. I missed them.

The topic that I bring to the table today is about meditation. Do you meditate?

I Not at first, to be honest. But with all this going on worldwide, I have decided to start and give it a try. Why not? Meditate to release tension from being locked up all day. I no longer gave up because of the stress, mental fatigue and the multiple emotions that I had during the day, so I decided to take advantage of the time I have in a good way to see if it was useful and has given positive results.
At first I thought that meditating required the accompaniment of a monk or some heavenly and serene being hahaha but no. This can be done from home you just need:

1. A safe place where you feel comfortable.
2. A place where you can be quiet without being interrupted.
3. I recommend setting the place with music that relaxes you and with a light that makes you feel warm.
4. Concentrate throughout the meditation.

These are some tips that I hope will help you as they did to me. There are many books and videos on YouTube that teach you how to meditate, in fact there are channels of this application that guide you throughout the process that you meditate. I recommend it to you.

Some benefits of meditating are as follows:

• It helps to rest and relax our mind.
• Reduces blood pressure.
• Improve memory.
• Improves emotional stability.
• Helps to increase personal awareness.
• Facilitates and improves the quality of sleep.
• It improves general health.
• Relax muscle tension.

The truth is that this has helped me a lot to concentrate all this contained energy and transform it for our body and soul in a positive way. I do it whenever I can, in fact a funny story is that the other day while I was washing the dishes after lunch I was meditating haha it was a good experience, in addition to serving as therapy.

It is important to stay vigilant and listen to what our body tells us, although you may not believe it, it speaks to us and tells us the things we need. Keep in touch with your friends, listen to music, read and above all, do not overdo it. An important reflection that I have made during these days is that the world is stopped and they want us to believe that our lives continue when this is not the case. We must not adapt to this new "normal" we must create a new normal that makes us feel comfortable and happy.
Lately I've been feeling tired by the cyber university, I don't have the brain to do my homework but I try to respect my time and space. I don't want to push myself and get to the point of exploding. You How are you?
